    Return Policy

    If you need to return any product(s) purchased from WeFixPrinters.com then you must FIRST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, this is required for all returns and helps us track all returns. Please make sure you have tried all the appropriate Troubleshooting FAQ's tips before requesting and RMA.

    E-mail us to request an RMA. A return e-mail will contain your RMA#, you will also be issued a FREE pre-paid postage label for sending back your cartridges. Please be sure to use your free pre-paid mailing label. Not using the pre-paid return label will delay the processing of your refund or replacement considerably.

    Returned cartridges must meet the following conditions:

    ALL returned cartridges must be at least seventy percent (75%) filled ( cartridges sent back to us that have more than 25% usage will be pro-rated accordingly); wrap any opened cartridges in an airtight leek proof bag to prevent ink from leaking out and staining other items in the box.


    ALL products returned for any reason other than "defective" must be returned in original packaging in an as-new condition and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund.

    NO product will be accepted for Return, Refund or Exchange beyond 1 (one) year of the original purchase date regardless of its condition and/or packaging. Acceptance and delivery of all RMA's is expressly conditioned upon the satisfaction of all past due accounts and subject to management’s approval.

    Please note: If you want the cartridge back you will have an opportunity to make payment arrangements for us to ship it back to you. Because some of our customers have requested new products without returning their defective merchandise, we are unable to ship or make refunds/credits until we receive the products being returned. If you need a replacement product right away, we suggest you ask for a refund and place a new order. Your new order will be processed immediately.

    Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department. All credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 30 days to apply your credit. Please note that we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process. Unless specifically requested and authorized by us, refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was received.
